We're not reinventing the wheel. We're upgrading the tires.

Districts have already made significant investments in professional learning—instructional frameworks, curriculum materials, walkthrough tools, multi-year initiatives. Rather than introducing something disconnected, we work strategically to understand those investments and design ML-focused professional learning that builds on and enhances them.

Whether a district uses Research for Better Teaching's framework, has locally-developed tools and priorities, or has adopted other established approaches, we identify meaningful connections and create coherence instead of competition. Professional learning becomes amplification, not replacement.
