DESIGN

We begin the design process by exploring what your goals and needs are, who your target audience is, and the overall context for learning.

Is this content you already have that needs to be repurposed to reach a larger audience?

Do you need an evergreen solution that will give you the flexibility to train future employees?

Do you want to introduce your educators to new content that stretches them and builds their capacity to reach all students?

DEVELOP

We then develop your professional learning experiences, using tools such as Articulate 360 for eLearning modules and interactions. Based on the level of interaction you want and need - including animation, voice over narration, and branching scenarios - we create a learning experience tailored to your organization.

DELIVER

When the professional learning resources are complete, we work with you on how to best deliver them. We can coordinate with your LMS point person or your webmaster. If you are using Canvas or LearnWorlds as an LMS, we can help design the course space to house the resources.

If the content is in our area of expertise, we can arrange to provide the in-person training for you. For in-person training, we can deliver the slides and handouts, along with customized facilitator manuals if you decide to train in-district instructors.

No matter the format, we make sure you have access to the resources so that you can continue to offer the learning even after we have gone.
