The Responsive Instruction Framework is built around three stages that students experience when learning: ACCESS (making content comprehensible), PROCESS (engaging meaningfully through reflection and discussion), and SHOWCASE (making learning visible while navigating language demands). The framework identifies key teacher decision-making touchpoints at each stage, helping educators make strategic instructional moves that maintain high standards while making grade-level content accessible to multilingual learners. It's grounded in research from language acquisition, culturally responsive teaching, and effective instructional practice.

DESIGN

DEVELOP 

After the design phase, we develop your professional learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360 for eLearning modules and interactions. Based on your desired level of interaction—including animation, voice-over narration, and branching scenarios—we create a learning experience tailored to your organization.

DELIVER 

When the professional learning resources are complete, we collaborate with you on the best delivery methods. We can coordinate with your LMS point person or webmaster. For platforms like Canvas or LearnWorlds, we can help design the course space to house the resources. We ensure you have access to all resources so you can continue offering the learning even after our engagement ends.
