FAQ

MPM Essentials is a professional learning consultancy focused on partnering with educational institutions to design, develop, and deliver high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and administrators. We specialize in creating solutions that enhance instruction and meet the needs of all students.

At MPM Essentials, we are dedicated to making an impact on the education of all learners through collaborative and innovative professional learning solutions. We believe in the power of partnership to create effective educational experiences that respond to the strengths and needs of all students.

We partner with school districts, educational organizations, and institutions seeking flexible and engaging professional learning experiences for their educators and administrative staff.

We approach professional learning through collaboration and customization. We begin by discussing your specific goals and needs, then explore options that work well for your organization—from eLearning modules and digital interactions to resources for in-person learning.

We offer three primary service models to meet your specific needs:

We begin with a consultation to understand your current resources, expertise, and needs. Based on this conversation, we'll recommend the service model that best aligns with your situation and goals.

If you already have learning content that needs to be refreshed or enhanced, we'll work with you to determine your professional learning needs and make recommendations. This could include transforming pre-existing content into customized eLearning modules and resources.

If you have in-house content experts who need support developing accessible professional learning, we'll

collaborate with your team to clearly identify needs and make recommendations. We'll design a professional experience with clear learning targets that is relevant and engaging for adult learners.

We can act as content experts for a range of topics, including:

Academic discourse and vocabulary development for linguistically and culturally diverse students

Backward design lesson planning to implement scaffolds strategically tailored for MLLs (MultilingualLearners)

Sheltering content instruction and English Language Development

If you need professional development but lack the in-house expertise, we can serve as both the content expert and the designer/developer of the professional learning resources.
